The hype for AI-powered tech innovation keeps on growing, and we are seemingly only scratching the surface of how one of the latest Microsoft products, Fabric, will revolutionize the way we work with data and business intelligence and people are eager to find out more and discuss the possibilities.

The curiosity will wait no more because, at the end of March, Microsoft will host a massive three-day conference for the Fabric community at the MGM Grand in fabulous Las Vegas, USA. They promise that it will be the most comprehensive learning event for Microsoft Fabric there has ever been.

The conference will focus on data and AI, where participants can go deep into Microsoft solutions like Fabric, Power BI, and Azure AI and get all the details on the tech innovation they are looking for and how all of it comes together.

Among the speakers to host the exclusive sessions with the Microsoft product managers and engineers, we have one of our very own, Fabric expert and Microsoft MVP, Brian Bønk Rueløkke from Denmark. While at the conference, Brian was also asked to be part of panel discussions and "ask the expert"-stands between sessions.

"Due to my work in the community worldwide, Microsoft Product Group reached out to me asking if I was interested in speaking alongside them on stage at Vegas. It's the first conference in a very long time where we see almost all representatives from the Microsoft product groups on stage presenting sessions for the attendees. And, it will be exclusively speakers from Microsoft and invite-only for non-Microsoft speakers, like myself," Brian tells us.

Brian also recently hosted a session at the Fabric February Conference in Oslo, Norway, a non-Microsoft affiliated conference for the Fabric community, where he presented an analysis of the performance metrics of Azure Synapse Serverless SQL pool and Fabric Warehouse service to assist future users in making informed decisions to boost performance.

"It's always inspiring to be at the conference as the speaker because you get questions that you hadn't thought of, and you get comments and ideas from the attendees and also from other speakers when you just hang out and chat with them on a couch with a cup of coffee."

Our expert, Brian, will host his session with Anshul Sharma, Senior Product Manager for Fabric and Real-Time Analytics at Microsoft, and Uri Barash, Partner Group Program Manager for Kusto, Fabric, and Azure Data Explorer at Microsoft. Together, they will talk about the potential of Kusto Query Language (KQL) in Fabric Real-Time and teach the foundations of KQL, where the audience will get practical experience through interactive exercises. All under the headline: "From Beginner to Pro: Your Journey with KQL in Fabric Real-Time Analytics."
