Fellowmind appoints experts to its new Center of Excellence for Sustainability

The goal of the Center of Excellence for Sustainability (CoE Sustainability) is to support Fellowmind’s customers in accelerating the green and digital transitions to achieve carbon neutrality and more sustainable business.

To support customers in building data-driven, sustainable processes and operations, Fellowmind has established a new Center of Excellence focusing on sustainability.

This company-wide competence center will have experts in all the six countries Fellowmind operates in, and it will focus on sharing knowledge on climate legislation and ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) measurements and reporting.

Fellowmind will also offer different digital tools and solutions for companies to record, report, reduce, and remove impacts in their sustainability efforts.

So far Fellowmind has made the following appointments to the Center of Excellence for Sustainability:

Thuy Mai-Moulin – Sustainability Manager, based in the headquarters, the Netherlands

Thuy joined Fellowmind in August 2022 to enhance and expand further sustainability programs for Fellowmind as well as sustainability-tech solutions and services for customers. She earned a Ph.D. in Sustainable Pathways for the Bioeconomy, and also holds two Master’s degrees in Environmental Planning & Management as well as Water Resources Engineering. Before joining Fellowmind, Thuy worked for more than 10 years in several sustainability positions, most recently as Sustainability Director at Emamou. Read more about Thuy in our blog.

Merwin Olthof – Sustainability Lead, The Netherlands

Merwin joined Fellowmind in 2015. He holds a Master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Brain & Cognitive Sciences. Before joining the new Center of Excellence, Merwin worked as Data & Analytics Manager at Fellowmind. He has a strong moral drive to make sure Fellowmind does what is right for society.

Louise Ol-Ers, Sustainability Lead, Sweden

Louise joined Fellowmind in 2017. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Before joining the new Center of Excellence, Louise worked in several roles at Fellowmind, most recently as Consulting Manager. Louise is excited about this new team in which she has the opportunity to create thriving solutions to support customers on their journey towards a more sustainable way of doing business.

Jakob Tønners, Sustainability Lead, Denmark

Jakob joined Fellowmind in 2020. He holds a Master in Digital Innovation & Management. His focus within the Center of Excellence for Sustainability lies in the commercial, go-to-market and customer advisory areas. Alongside his role in the sustainability center Jakob also works as advisory within Digital Transformation & Strategy. Jakob is excited to be part of the team and support Fellowmind's customers on their journey to become more sustainable in the future.

Sustainability Leads for Finland, Germany and Poland will be appointed in the coming months.

Next, the team members will join forces to establish sustainability services to our customers. Additionally, Fellowmind will offer digital tools and solutions for companies to use in their sustainability efforts.

The Center of Excellence for Sustainability will also closely team up with Microsoft and actively share insights about this important and growing sustainability area with Fellowmind’s customers. Microsoft made its new Cloud for Sustainability solution available on 1 June 2022 and Fellowmind aims to be among the first and leading partners of Microsoft to implement the Cloud for Sustainability, as well as Microsoft’s earlier solution FarmBeats, to its customers.
